Aluminium F profile for 6-16 mm polycarbonate
Aluminium F profile for 6-16 mm polycarbonate is specially designed to seal the edges of the polycarbonate sheet. It gives a nice finish on the coat side. It is used on the edges of multi-wall polycarbonate sheets for roofs, where the sheet is mounted on the side of a building, timber or other substrate.

Aluminium F profile mounting
Before the last plate is attached to the roof, press the «F» profile into one side of the plate while it is standing upright. Do not push the plate all the way into the “F”, but allow 5 mm for expansion in width.
Place the “F” in position on the roof, ensure the plate is level, and fasten with screws to the far side of the “F” profile on the side of the pole or building.
When mounting to a side wall, simply turn the «F» profile upside down, insert the plate into the two arms of the «F», and fasten with screws on the longest side into the wall.
